Dr Pimple Popper has removed many lipomas in her time, but Jaclyn’s pear-shaped head lipoma proved difficult, as it was never-ending!
The TLC show is a dream for both popaholics and patients, and Dr Pimple Popper has been helping to satisfy viewers whilst changing patients’ lives for six years! As we wait for a new series announcement, let’s take a look at the time the doc removed Jaclyn’s pear-shaped head lipoma.
Dr Pimple Popper patient Jaclyn has a pear-shaped bump on her head
Patient Jaclyn first noticed the pear-shaped bump on the back of her head after high school, when it was the size of a quarter.
After having no luck with other doctors, the patient takes a visit to see Dr Sandra Lee, as she tells her the bump feels soft, but there’s something hard in the middle.
Upon taking a further look and feel, the doctor concludes that it’s a lipoma as it moves around a lot. “That’s deceiving, it’s actually bigger than it looks,” she adds.
As always, Sandra is keen to get the bump off, and save the day once again!
The removal proves difficult as the lipoma is ‘never-ending’
Jaclyn heads to the operating table, as the doc says scalp lipomas are hard to get out whole, and are likely to bleed. Therefore, she’s expecting things to get a little messy…
Dr Pimple Popper then makes an incision in Jaclyn’s lipoma, before it’s unveiled. She then begins to cut out the “never-ending lipoma” in pieces.
Back at it again with the food analogies, the doc calls it a squishy “moshi ball,” nice!
The doc and assistant carry on cutting out the never-ending lipoma in pieces, and the patient says she can feel her head getting lighter.

Eventually, they get everything out, and Jaclyn’s head looks as good as new!
