Owning Manhattan’s $250M penthouse still not sold as price is slashed

Owning Manhattan’s $250M penthouse

As Owning Manhattan drops on Netflix on June 28, fans are already wanting to know whether some of the impressive properties were sold.

A quick glance at the Serhant website and it’s clear to see the $250 million penthouse featured on the Netflix show is still for sale.

Taking to Reddit this summer, fans ask on a thread: “Anyone know if that $250M penthouse sold? Unreal. I love seeing all the homes on the show and then wondering, WTH do these people do that can afford them???!!!!”

Serhant slashes the price

Despite being located in the highest penthouse in the world, the $250 million penthouse featured on Owning Manhattan is still for sale.

The property located at 217 W 57th Street Central Park Tower, stands at 1,416 feet and provides unobstructed views of New York City.

The condo boasts seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and has been relisted on the Serhant website for $195,000,000.

One fan joked the property price being lowered is good news for them: “…more within my budget. – just waiting for them to schedule a tour time for me.”
